Empowerd by her bike across Utah, Katie now attempted riding to Canada and Mexico from Utah. Chased by dogs, fighting fierce winds, and facing up to 100 mile days, she shares how she learned to battle through the rough days and fill her soul with the beautiful days. Her mantra is now "just start now and do something".
