Horses can heal and comfort, and Bridle Up Hope helps women and young women find that healing. Ivy Wimber shares how she found healing through horses herself and how she continues to help empower women as an instructor. After the passing of thier daughter, the Covey family created Bridle Up Hope to help other women and young women find connection, empowerment and healing through horses using the "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". You can feel Ivy's love and hope through her stories and how to find connection with horses yourself.

Spiders in her bed and snakes in the rafters. Emily shares what it was like to be a new nursing student deep in the villages along the Amazon River. Joining a team of doctors, nurses and other students, they were tasked with performing community surveys among the families there. The people were incredible, but she learned the help we try to give these communities can sometimes be quite far off the mark.

From an Aides orphanage, to a father who just lost his brother to Covid while they were building his home, Marilyn and Erica share the hope and love they and thier families gave and found helping this incredible community in Tijuana.

How do you inspire your children to appreciate life and love people? Serving the children and families of Tijuana, Mexico. That's what Marilyn and Erica discovered over Christmas Break 2021. The non-profit organization, "Spark of Hope Foundation" has been building homes for poverty-stricken families in Tijuana for over 20 years. Marilyn and Erica share how the trip changed thier lives and the lives of thier children.

Akaila went, however, to help a small Andean village build the foundation for a women's art and handicraft market. With no ability to speak Quechuan, she learned how to communicate with joy and love with the children and women there.
